A Message from our State Board Chair, Marcia Wepfer and President, Joyce A. Richards

At no time in our nation’s history has the need for financial literacy and work readiness skills been greater. With your help, Junior Achievement is exposing nearly 80,000 of Arizona’s students to the fundamentals of money management, career exploration, and entrepreneurship. A productive workforce begins with the education of our youth, and we all play a critical role towards this goal.

In our changing economic landscape, our programs encourage students to explore the educational and career opportunities that await them. Our experiential programs, JA Biztown® and JA Finance Park™, give students firsthand experience in the world of work, get them excited about their future, and help them make the critical connection between learning and earning. With your support, we are preparing students to be work-ready and money-savvy adults.

We are committed to Arizona’s children and an unshakable belief in their capacity to learn, adapt, and lead our country through the next series of opportunities and challenges. We continue to provide superior learning opportunities to ensure our young people develop the competencies necessary for success in this rapidly changing world.
