What are the costs?

The cost for the JA BizTown™ program is $18.00 per student. This cost covers the classroom curriculum materials and all materials consumed while at JA BizTown™. There are limited, select dates available for $9.00 per student, but they are available on a first come, first serve basis.

How many students can I bring?

Each date must have a minimum of 60 students, and a maximum of 130 students. We will partner smaller schools together, and schools with more than 130 participating students can sign up for multiple days.

What are the volunteer needs?

Each school is asked to bring a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 volunteers each day. The volunteers will attend a mandatory training prior to the school’s visit.

How do I sign up?

  • Please contact Kimberly Barber at 480-219-0243 or kimberlyb@jaaz.org to determine available dates for your school.
  • Each school must identify a lead contact, and then fill out and fax in a Registration Form.
  • If you are paying with district funds, you must also secure a Purchase Order # in order for your registration to be processed.
  • Once the Registration Form is received and processed, you will receive an invoice for $250 per day reserved, which is due 1 month from the invoice date.
  • Teachers will be contacted by a Junior Achievement® staff member to set up a date for one of our many curriculum trainings, which are held at our offices in Tempe.
