JA Inspire is the NEW interactive, VIRTUAL career readiness and exploration program for Arizona middle and high school students. The one-of-a-kind program connects Arizona employers directly with their future workforce. Students log on to a virtual platform offering a career exploration fair with 100+ AZ employers (they can interact directly with your team!), as well as video sessions, gamification, and downloadable content all designed to help kids imagine what’s possible in their future. The program helps students align with their personal strengths/interest areas and helps them understand educational pathways to attain careers of interest.
