JA Impacts Boys & Girls Club Students with Summer Learning Programs

Just because school is out doesn’t mean the learning stops! At JA, we are reaching thousands of Arizona students this summer through our innovative educational programs. We are proud to partner with the Boys & Girls Club to bring this critical education to their students and help prepare them to succeed in work and life.

Last month, we impacted over 1,400 students in grades K-2 over 1,300 students in grades 3-5 through our career readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship programs. Additionally, 700+ students participated in our virtual JA Inspire program, offering them a unique way to explore potential careers, take career assessments, and network with Arizona companies all from a virtual platform!

This month, we are excited to welcome Boys & Girls Club students from 9 branches to JA BizTown, where they will participate in a child-sized economic simulation, offering them a glimpse into having a “real-world job”.
