Christine Baim is a Director at Bank of America and leads a team of Academy Managers and Design Consultants responsible for the onboarding and development of Leadership programs and specialist roles in the Consumer Investments business. Christine has over 25 years of experience in the banking and investment industry, with the past 16 in a leadership role.

She is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Management and Finance, and holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 24, 53, 4 securities licenses. Christine is an Executive Sponsor of the Phoenix LEAD for Women network, and is a mentor for the HOLA, LEAD, and Academy mentorship programs.

Christine has served as a board member for Junior Achievement for the past 5 years and is actively engaged on the Board Development Committee and volunteering for JA. She also enjoys volunteering at her church, and in her community. Christine and her husband have two children and enjoy traveling and being a part of the kids’ sports and activities.
