JA Students Talk with Mark Cuban

Posted in: JA Impact, Students

How many people can say they’ve had the chance to get business advice from Mark Cuban, from Shark Tank? A few of our local JA students had the chance to ask some questions of prominent national entrepreneurs during “Why Entrepreneurship Now”,  a virtual town hall for America’s teens.

Junior Achievement partnered on the town hall with the Brian Hamilton Foundation and Mark Cuban Foundation and host Harris Faulkner, anchor of Fox News Channel’s Outnumbered Overtime and co-host of Outnumbered.

Teens talked entrepreneurship in the current economic climate with some of the best in the biz, and the panelists offered valuable insights and straightforward strategies to empower participants to start the entrepreneurial journey in their youth and lay the foundation for a successful future.

Fun fact: Mark Cuban is a JA alum and attributes his early learnings bout business to that experience. Watch the video to see him in action with JA as a high school students!
