Amy Hahn serves as the Vice President of Finance for Junior Achievement of Arizona, where she leads the organization’s financial strategy and operational excellence. With a commitment to transparency and long‑term sustainability, Amy oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions that support JA’s mission to inspire and prepare Arizona’s young people for success.

Her passion for strengthening her local community led her to spend nearly five years supporting a nonprofit food bank in a financial role immediately prior to joining JA. A dedicated advocate for JA’s mission, Amy has been a volunteer and partner for almost two decades and is excited to leverage her financial expertise to empower mission‑driven work and expand JA’s impact across the state.

Amy holds a B.S. in Business from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from Indiana University. She has also taught business courses at Indiana University and Grand Canyon University, sharing her knowledge and fostering future leaders in the field.
