We are looking at the different economic issues in our society and providing student-focused solutions through our various programs to foster a more sustainable future for Arizona.
HIGH school FINANCIAL LITERACY programs
JA Inspire
JA Inspire is the premier career exploration and workforce readiness program in Arizona that prepares learners, ages 12 – 25, for post-secondary success.
JA Financial Capability 1
In JA Financial Capability® 1, part of the JA High School Experience® courses, is a one-semester, teacher-led course in which high school students examine financial capabilities from a business perspective, focusing on banking, economics, business planning, and risk management.
JA Financial Capability 2
JA Financial Capability® 2, part of the JA High School Experience® courses, is a one-semester, teacher-led course in which high school students examine financial capabilities from a business perspective, focusing on employee benefits, ethics, business investment, and international business operations.
JA Financial Literacy
JA Financial Literacy®, part of the JA High School Experience® courses, is a one-semester, teacher-led course that equips high school students with foundational personal finance skills.
JA Connect
JA Connect® is Junior Achievement’s first self-guided student experience, featuring a flexible, modular repository of activities.
JA All About Cars
Buying one’s first car is both exciting and daunting. JA All About Cars® introduces students to the essential costs related to buying and operating a first car, and offers tips on being smart consumers when purchasing vehicles.
JA Money in Motion
This program brings a realistic, on-site simulation to rural schools, teaching 3rd – 12th grade students how to plan for their financial futures.
JA Economics
JA Economics is part of the JA High School Experience courses, is a one-semester course that connects high school students to the economic principles that influence their daily life as well as their future.
JA Personal Finance
Through JA Personal Finance 2.0, students experience the interrelationship between today’s financial decisions and future financial freedom.
JA Finance Park Virtual
JA Finance Park Virtual introduces students to personal financial planning and career exploration. This program first provides a series of lessons in the classroom to middle school students where they learn about all aspects of personal finance. They can then apply these skills on a guided virtual platform!
